Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced OPC Coordinator (Scheduling, Steering, Coordination) to support the deployment of a GoA4 CBTC driverless system on Lyon Metro Line D. The role is essential to ensuring the successful execution of the project, with a strong focus on coordination with the metro operator RATP Dev Lyon (RDL) and interface with the Project Planning Manager (PrPM) for schedule development and updates.

- Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project) for interface work.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage complex technical and operational interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Coordination with RDL: Act as the main interface with RATP Dev Lyon to align installation activities with operational constraints, site access, and safety protocols.
- Interface with PrPM: Collaborate closely with the Project Planning Manager to provide input and updates for the master schedule. The OPC Coordinator does not directly build the schedule but ensures all field activities are properly represented and sequenced.
- Site Activity Steering: Monitor and coordinate daily activities on-site, ensuring alignment with planning milestones and minimizing disruption to metro operations.
- Technical Interface Management: Oversee coordination between CBTC systems and existing infrastructure (MAGGALY, MPL85, ATS, PCC, etc.).
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead coordination meetings with RDL, subcontractors, and engineering teams to track progress and resolve issues.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks related to planning conflicts, operational impacts, and technical dependencies, and escalate them appropriately.
- Documentation & Reporting: Contribute to planning documentation, interface matrices, and progress reports, ensuring traceability of coordination actions and alignment with contractual milestones.
Project Context
This role supports the modernization of Lyon Metro Line D, including:
- Deployment of URBALIS 400 CBTC to replace MAGGALY.
- Integration of new rolling stock (MPL2NG) and adaptation of existing trains (MPL85).
- Coordination with RDL for operational continuity and safety.
- Interface with PrPM for planning and milestone tracking.
