Job Description:El técnico de laboratorio brinda soporte a las funciones de ingeniería y técnicas dentro de la operación del laboratorio de metalurgia y línea de tratamientos térmicos. Asimismo, contribuye al desarrollo de documentación técnica que cumpla con los requisitos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC) y del cliente.
Además, proporciona capacitación y entrenamiento técnico a los asociados de nuevo ingreso. Esta posición realiza tareas de nivel medio a alto en cuanto a complejidad, incluyendo la operación y programación de equipos e instrumentos de medición y prueba, bajo la supervisión de un ingeniero experimentado.
Qualifications:- Conocimiento de estándares para pruebas de dureza:
- ASTM E92-17: Standard Test Methods for Vickers Hardness and Knoop Hardness of Metallic Materials.
- ASTM E10-15a: Standard Test Method for Brinell Hardness of Metallic Materials.
- ASTM E18-00: Standard Test Methods for Rockwell Hardness and Rockwell Superficial Hardness of Metallic Materials.
- Preparación de muestras para metalografía.
- Identificación de microestructuras en piezas nitrocarburizadas.
- Valoración ácido-base de soluciones.
Métodos de resolución de problemas (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma, ...)
Deseable ingeniero metalúrgico, Ingeniero químico en materiales, Ingeniero en materiales o afín.
