Job Summary: 

Provide transportation operations support through the execution of shipment consolidation, carrier / mode selection, tender, track / trace and issue resolution. 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Monitor System for new order activity
• Utilize TMS to consolidate orders / deliveries into optimized shipments
• Utilize TMS to select carriers  for shipments in compliance with routing guide commitments
• Communicate  detailed shipment information to selected carriers (Tender Shipment)
• Monitor response of carriers to tendered shipments
• Take alternate action in the event of a carrier refusal
• Track /trace existing orders through delivery
• Proactively communicate service failures by carriers to affected internal customers (O2I, SNP, DC’s, Plants)
• Proactively resolve carrier service issues through determination and execution of alternative delivery method
• Track and report carrier performance data to facilitate service level improvement, (ie; tender acceptance %, On-time Arrival / Delivery)

Qualifications: 

• Level of Education: Bachelor degree in International Business/ Affairs, Logistics, related. 
• Google Tools or Microsoft Tools. 
• Knowledge in SAP (Desirable)
• Advanced level of English
• Experience in Exports/imports
