Job Description:Join our exclusive private school OSHC in Trinity College Gladstone and lead an inspiring team of Educators in a modern, purpose-built environment featuring a brand-new kitchen, independent admin office, fully fenced yard, and OSHC Exclusive air-conditioned spaces
🌱 This service also offers a dedicated Kindy program and is supported by a collaborative leadership team and regional manager.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38hrs per week across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 6 non-contact admin hours.
- You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
What You’ll Bring
