- Pays e-games jackpots and completes required paperwork neatly and accurately, i.e., IRS W2G/1042-S.
- Keeps well informed of the various e-game machines on the casino floor to better assist guests in looking for a particular type of machine or denomination.
- Completes game testing requirements and makes minor repairs to e-game machines by clearing ticket/bill jams, printer jams, reel tilts and other minor errors that prevent game play.
- Promotes a fun and entertaining environment for our guests. Consistently smiles, makes eye contact, and greets each guest.
- Maintains an organized and clean gaming area paying attention that chairs are pushed in while also picking up cups, trash and wiping down/sanitizing machines.
- Continually circulates through an assigned section and responds to e-game machine lights in a quick and timely manner.
- Stays current on promotions and events to answer any guest questions. Recommends restaurants and attractions to guests.
- Maintains an awareness of any persons that may be gambling under the legal age of 21 and reports all underage persons to Supervisor and/or Security. Complies with departmental and company policies and procedures including Title 31 and MICs.
- Promotes Big 6 standards of Clean, Safe, Comfortable, Quick, Friendly, and Fun.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work requires moderate physical exertion during the performance of majority of the duties. Most work is performed while standing or walking with occasional need to lift, carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel, reach, and handle. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds and standing and/or walking for more than 7 hours a day. Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled environment with exposure to smoke and loud noise. Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
