YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will provide strategic leadership and supervision to the Food Service, Childcare, and Workforce Development teams.
- You will promote a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous performance improvement across all assigned areas.
- You will ensure all support service departments meet or exceed internal quality metrics, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- You will maintain audit-ready files and tour-ready standards across all areas.
- You will provide oversight to the Food Service manager to ensure that all meal plans and operations align with excellence, established nutritional standards, budgetary parameters, and health codes and food safety standards.
- You will provide oversight to the Childcare manager to ensure safe, developmentally appropriate, and trauma-informed care and support the implementation of early childhood education standards and parent engagement strategies.
- You will ensure compliance with AZDHS licensing and facility requirements.
- You will provide leadership and oversight for the design, implementation, and evaluation of vocational and work therapy programs that equip clients for long-term employment and self-sufficiency.
- You will direct collaboration with Workforce Development leadership to expand strategic partnerships with employers, training institutions, and certification entities that enhance career pathways for clients.
- You will represent the Mission's Workforce Development program in the community and with agency partnerships.
- You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
Requirements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- You have a bachelor's degree in behavioral health, social work, public health, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, and at least seven years of experience in quality management, compliance, or program evaluation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience, resulting in strong demonstrated leadership, administrative, and supervisory skills.
- Hotel or hospitality management experience is a plus.
- Experience in residential, behavioral health, or recovery-focused environments is preferred.
- You have knowledge of program management, compliance monitoring, and grant deliverables related to childcare, food service, and workforce development.
- You have the ability to train, coach, and mentor staff in best practices.
- You demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Chris and a commitment to living out a Christ-centered lifestyle consistent with PRM's Statement of Faith.
- You have the ability to integrate biblical principles in leadership, staff interactions, and client support.
- You must meet and maintain the requirements to become an approved driver.
- You have flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
