- Manage multiple projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, problem-solving sessions, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop project management artifacts, including statements of work, project charters, design documentation, test plans, risk assessments, budgets, resource requirements, and cost projections.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues and risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Report project status, key accomplishments, and recommendations to executive and senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure projects meet operational, technical, and compliance standards.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams to maximize success across multiple initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience managing multiple projects within large organizations.
- 8+ years developing and delivering reports identifying gaps in technology and operational effectiveness.
- 8+ years in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, including risk, issue, and contingency management.
- 8+ years developing project artifacts such as SOWs, charters, design documents, test plans, budgets, schedules, and resource projections.
- 8+ years mapping business processes, identifying improvements, and facilitating meetings.
- 8+ years developing and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams.
- PMP certification is required.
- 1+ year experience preparing briefing materials, administrative reports, and presentations for senior/executive management.
- 1+ year experience summarizing and escalating project issues and conducting status updates.
