Systems Analyst (Technical Data & Modeling) presso PEMCCO

Do you excel at turning complex data into actionable insights that drive mission success? Join PEMCCO as a Systems Analyst (Technical Data & Modeling), where you’ll perform analytical modeling and simulation to support system-of-systems performance assessments. In this role, you’ll provide data-driven insights for decision-making, trade studies, and the integration of Zero-Trust technologies across the enterprise.

Essential Functions 

• Develop analytical models using MATLAB, Python, or R.
• Conduct performance, reliability, and capacity analyses.
• Integrate mission scenarios into system simulations.
• Generate dashboards and visualization products for leadership review.
• Collaborate with engineers to assess “what-if” configurations.
• Validate analytical results against empirical data.
• Document methods and maintain reproducible modeling baselines.
  
  

Competencies   

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and visualization tools.
• Understanding of network and system performance parameters.
• Ability to translate technical results into clear recommendations.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Data Science.
• Five (5)+ years of analytical modeling experience supporting task areas.
• Active Secret or higher clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in Data Analytics or Operations Research.

Compensation
•   $80 – $130 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
