CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - SAP EIM position for our client in Chicago, IL.
Duration: 9 months
Duties:
Lead and manage SAP EIM (Enterprise Information Management) initiatives, focusing on Master Data Governance (MDG) and data management strategies.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and design effective solutions.
Provide expertise in SAP MDG, data quality, data migration, and integration processes.
Oversee data governance and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and provide guidance on data management best practices.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP EIM and MDG modules.
Experience with data governance, data migration, and data quality frameworks.
Ability to lead and manage data-focused initiatives across multiple teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience:
Proven experience as an SAP EIM/MDG consultant or similar role.
Experience leading data management, integration, or migration projects.
Demonstrated ability to drive data governance and quality initiatives.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
