KO625 - Full-Time Infant Nanny - Upper East Side, NY presso British American Household Staffing

Amazing first-time parents on the Upper East Side are seeking a fantastic full-time live-out nanny. The schedule is 50 hours per week, ideally, 8am-6pm, three to four days per week, and 11am-9pm one to two days per week. Ubers will be provided on any late nights. The family does have a home upstate. When you work up there, you will work more hours but fewer days. 

• All aspects of full-charge infant care, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the child
• Engaging the child in age-appropriate play such as reading, singing, object tracking, and tummy time
• Track developmental milestones and communicate progress to parents
• Child-related housekeeping, laundry, toy sanitation, and sterilization of bottles and pump parts
• Organization of the child’s room, spaces, and belongings – keep areas tidy
• Keep an inventory of supplies for the nursery and restock
• Adhere to schedules and make appropriate adjustments
• Support sleep and meal routines
• Flexible with family support as needed, grocery shopping, empty/load dishwasher, vacuum
• Staying informed about child development and safety practices
• Create an environment for the child to grow and thrive

• Background or formal training in early childhood education
