The CH-53K King Stallion program represents the future of heavy-lift helicopter capability for the U.S. Marine Corps. THE WORK
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing Army, Combat Rescue, and Special Forces repair contracts from induction to completion
• Supporting program management leadership with metric tracking and reporting
• Coordinating with various business units to troubleshoot unique situations
• Interface with O&R repair cells and supply chain to maintain delivery schedule adherence
• Other ad-hoc requests as required by program/platform leadership

The Program Ops. Rep will be a member of the AAFS Aftermarket Program Operations team, supporting all Army Air Force Systems Overhaul and Repair contract activity.

Basic Qualifications
• Prior knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with basic aircraft components
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Previous experience working within an operations/manufacturing environment
Desired skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prepare and present various types of reports for internal and external management
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks and shifting priorities
• Ability to establish positive relationships with various business units and customers
• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, Operations, or similar field
• General understanding of aircraft components
• Experience with SAP

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
