Job Description
Serves as program manager for Exchange multi-million-dollar bankruptcy program and provides paralegal support to attorneys on a wide range of legal matters. Prepares quarterly presentation on claims and bankruptcy programs for the Exchange management.

Job Qualifications
Five years of experience as a paralegal in a law office within the last ten years.
Or
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience as a paralegal in a law office within the last ten years.
Associate must successfully complete the Health Insurance and Portability Accountability Act of 1996 training, course code 249F, concerning the handling of personal health information as required by Health Insurance and Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines within three months of occupying the position. Until training has been completed, the associate may not perform any duties relating to personal health information.

Program manager for the multi-million-dollar bankruptcy program.
Risk manager for the multi-million-dollar claims program.
Provides guidance and training to legal techs/paralegals regarding internal and external policies, rules, regulations, and laws impacting the organization's bankruptcy program.
Researches and analyzes data relating to bankruptcy and claims. Recommends and implements policy changes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
