- Responsible for planning, creation, and execution of projects and project plan.
- Manage internal and vendor project deliverables
- Responsible for documenting and managing tasks and schedules of IT projects and initiatives of the Shared Services teams through completion.
- Responsible for management of project budget
- Creates status reports on IT projects and initiatives as assigned including potential issues and risk items identified by the teams.
- Responsible for IT Shared Services project management reporting, including monitoring, collecting, and updating statuses for project deliverables/tasks.
- Performs user security administration and supplication support of bank systems as assigned.
- Assists the support teams in engaging vendors to assess issues and or gather information related to supported applications and escalates issues as needed.
- Participate in the planning, development and task execution of IT system integrations, conversions, branch opening and closures or new implementations projects within the EPMO, as assigned.
- Ensures assigned deliverables are met and meet quality standards.
- Collaborates with other IT departments to assess risk on assigned initiatives as needed.
- Assists in coordination and performs QA testing of internally developed applications and works with development and support teams on the application support handoff process.
- Assists the Governance team in coordination and completion of initiatives to resolve audit deficiencies and recommendations.
- Coordinates with other bank units to gather requirements/information as needed for completion of projects and initiatives, including UAT processes
- Ensures IT control guidelines and policies are followed appropriately.
- Looks for continual improvement opportunities for support processes and makes recommendations and oversees implementation as appropriate.
- Creates documentation in accordance with the IT document control process as needed.
- Participates in internal audits and regulatory exams, as needed.
- Participates in vendor due diligence activities, as needed.
- Supports other IT teams in the support of business application as needed.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
Education/Credentials
- Minimum Education Level: Associate’s Degree
Prior Experience
- Required: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology support processes
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in requirements gathering and project implementations or project support activities
- Preferred: 3+ years banking experience working with core and ancillary systems.

Technical Skills
- Required: Advanced analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- Required: Advanced ability to research and identify application issues.
- Required: Intermediate understanding of data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
- Required: Advanced understanding of banking and financial systems.
- Required: Working knowledge of data governance and information security principals and processes
- Required: Intermediate knowledge in the application of project management methodology and/or system development life cycle
- Required: Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior and follow the Code of Conduct.
- Required: Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Required: Ability to remain flexible to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Required: Ability to study and apply new information.

The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000.00 annually - $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
