Overview:

The Customer Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring strong market execution, and maintaining excellent relationships with distributors and trade partners. The role involves achieving monthly sales targets, expanding market reach, and executing company plans effectively at the ground level.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage and develop Distributor relationships, ensuring optimal stock and timely order execution.
  • Ensure market coverage through effective route planning and regular market visits.
  • Enhance product visibility, availability, and activation execution across all channels.
  • Monitor and guide salesmen/route sales teams to ensure effective outlet servicing and performance.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and share market insights for strategic action.
  • Execute trade promotions, schemes, and marketing activations as per company guidelines.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand distribution and increase numeric & weighted distribution.
  • Analyze daily/weekly trends, prepare reports, and share updates with the sales manager.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts to strength
Qualifications:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate
  • MBA preferred
