This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
Perform technical review of partnership and corporation tax returns.
Coach others and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
Ability to identify and research common tax issues that arise in client engagements.
Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals
Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements
Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets
Provide consultation on business and/or individual tax transactions (if applicable), the related tax implications, consequences, and treatment
Develop responses to IRS and other regulatory and tax authorities' audits, notices and inquiries
Requirements
Certified Public Accountant (US) or qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent credential
Master's Degree in Taxation (US)
Minimum of 4 years of US tax consulting/compliance experience within public accounting
Experience with a wide variety of entity types, partnerships most preferred
Minimum 1 years in a managerial role involving clients and team members
Experience with the Financial Services industry supporting Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, and Real Estate
Excellent communication skills
Great Decision making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Tech savvy & adaptable to changing work expectations
