Role Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Health Cloud to lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions within the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations.
• Define and enforce best practices, design standards, and governance processes across Salesforce environments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex healthcare workflows into Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities (Care Plans, Care Teams, Patient Timeline, etc.).
• Integrate Salesforce with EHR/EMR and third-party healthcare systems using APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware.
• Design secure and compliant data models ensuring HIPAA, PHI, and PII standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with delivery teams (developers, admins, analysts) to oversee solution delivery and ensure alignment with the architectural blueprint.
• Conduct technical design reviews, performance tuning, and risk assessment of Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
• Drive innovation by leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Marketing Cloud for Healthcare where applicable.
• Provide leadership in defining the roadmap for multi-cloud healthcare transformation initiatives.

Technical Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with 5+ years as Salesforce Architect.
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud in healthcare or life sciences domains.
• Expertise in Sales, Service, Experience, and Health Cloud modules.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data models, EHR integration, and healthcare-specific use cases (care management, provider-patient relationships, member journeys).
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce security, data architecture, and governance frameworks.

• Salesforce certifications such as:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Accredited Professional (preferred)
• Salesforce Data Architect / Integration Architect (nice to have)

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Marketing Cloud for Healthcare.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor teams and drive architectural excellence across projects
