Core Areas of Impact
As our Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Berlin office, ensuring our workspace runs smoothly and our team can focus on breakthrough research. This part-time role is perfect for working students or those seeking a flexible work arrangement and want hands-on experience at a fast-growing AI startup while contributing to a mission-driven culture.
Schedule (up to discussion discussed): Minimum 12 hours per week (4 hours per day) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Location: Berlin Mitte office (on-site), Rosa Luxemburg Platz
What You'll Do
Office Operations: Keep our Berlin office running smoothly - manage supplies, coordinate with vendors, handle mail and deliveries, and ensure our workspace is organized and functional
Culture Building: Help create a welcoming, productive environment that reflects our values; be the person who makes everyone's day a little better
Event Support: Assist with office events and company gatherings that bring our team together
Space Management: Maintain an inspiring, well-organized workspace; anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
Administrative Support: Provide hands-on support for day-to-day operational needs; be the go-to person for office-related questions

Essential Background:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Clear communication skills in both German and English
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to tackle any task
Genuine interest in startups, technology, and creating great workspaces
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management, administrative roles, or hospitality
Familiarity with Berlin's vendor and service landscape
Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
