You put people at the heart and take pride in the impact of your work.

You're able to get the detail right without losing sight of the bigger picture. You find satisfaction in meaningful work, ensuring major services can operate as planned, on-time and on budget.

In this role, you'll:

Join a team that’s shaping the future of NSW’s public transport network, with a strong focus on bus services. You’ll be at the heart of delivering projects linked to the NSW Government’s $452 million investment in buses helping ensure services are safe, reliable, and meet the needs of communities across the state.

Your day-to-day will involve managing multiple projects from start to finish, making sure they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams, delivery partners, and external stakeholders to keep things moving and solve challenges along the way.

This includes:

  • Developing project scopes, business cases, and schedules that set projects up for success

  • Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and government agencies to keep everyone aligned

  • Monitoring budgets, cash flows, and milestones to ensure financial accountability

  • Managing risks and compliance, including safety, quality, and environmental requirements

  • Supporting governance processes and reporting to keep decision-makers informed

  • Driving continuous improvement and looking for smarter ways to deliver outcomes

This is a hands-on role where your ability to juggle priorities, build strong relationships, and keep projects on track will make a real difference.

Fixed-term opportunity up to 11 Months.
