We give you a world of potential

At Computershare’s Communication Services (CCS), you’ll be part of a team that shapes how millions of customers around the world connect with the organisations they trust. We don’t just deliver communications—we design, build, and orchestrate smart solutions that blend traditional channels like Print and Mail with emerging digital platforms.

Stronger customer engagement and streamlined operations for our clients.

As an internal candidate, you already understand the importance of compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in everything we do.

In CCS, you’ll have the chance to apply that knowledge in a dynamic environment that keeps our business at the forefront of cutting‑edge communication practices. You’ll be contributing to solutions that not only meet strict legislative and regulatory requirements but also set new standards in digital and print innovation.

A role you will love

This is a role where you’ll see the direct impact of your work every single day.

You’ll be at the heart of production support—making sure schedules run smoothly, stock is ready, and exceptions are handled with precision. If you enjoy problem‑solving, coordinating across teams, and keeping operations flowing, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll love the variety this position offers: one moment you’re resolving a client audit request, the next you’re collaborating with Scheduling, Handline, or Procurement to keep jobs on track. You’ll gain exposure to multiple disciplines—outsourcing, stock management, lodgment, reconciliation—and build a skillset that keeps you indispensable across the business.

Most importantly, this is a role where accuracy, discipline, and teamwork are valued and recognised. You’ll be part of a culture that prizes quality and client satisfaction, while giving you the chance to grow, take ownership, and contribute to CCS’s reputation for excellence.

What will you bring to the role?

In this role, you will bring a strong commitment to operational discipline and quality, ensuring that all processes, systems, and outputs consistently meet standards.

Your ability to refine and implement ISO procedures in collaboration with management and staff will strengthen compliance and embed best practice across the team.

You will drive efficiency in the production and lodgement of images and mail, ensuring accuracy through reconciliation in Aardvark, while continuously tracking performance measures to identify and deliver productivity improvements.

You will also bring leadership and coordination skills that optimise both people and machine resources across shifts, balancing staffing levels with budget requirements and recruiting where necessary.

As the key escalation point for downtime issues, you will take ownership of remediation plans and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to ensure equipment performance.

By leading the Production Support Team, you will enhance pre‑ and post‑production processes, implement training plans to build multi‑skilled capability, and safeguard technical expertise to minimise risk.

Your ability to forecast production requirements, deliver operational reporting, and deputise for the Operations Manager when required demonstrates the breadth of responsibility you can take on, ensuring CCS continues to meet client expectations and operational excellence.
