The Associate Director, Networks Business Management is a strategic leadership role on a 12 months fixed term duration, responsible for driving operational excellence and transformation across the Networks domain. Partnering with the senior executives, this role ensures business rhythm, financial governance, and end-to-end execution of divisional priorities while streamlining activities to improve business outcomes. Acting as a strategist, consultant, and influencer, the position requires strong engagement with stakeholders at all levels—including C-suite executives—and collaboration across the wider group to achieve business outcomes and deliver on strategic objectives.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the senior executives to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead preparation of business initiatives, executive updates, and divisional performance reports.
  • Coordinate business rhythm, governance forums, and ensure timely decision-making across critical initiatives.
  • Identify operational risks, interdependencies, and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manage divisional communications, leader briefings, and foster a strong team culture aligned with strategic goals.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, maintain visibility of OPEX/Capex drivers, and supervise delivery health indicators.
  • Drive cost-efficiency and transformation initiatives, collaborating across Networks and external partners to achieve business outcomes.

 

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in managing operations within large, complex technical organisations, with a strong track record in transformation and organisational change.
  • Deep understanding of Networks and technology evolution (5G, fibre, FWA), including delivery dependencies.
  • Highly skilled in setting strategy, managing challenges, and delivering clarity in complex environments.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills with strong executive presence across all organisational levels.
  • Demonstrated success in driving critical initiatives and securing alignment for transformation projects.
