What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate tunnel access requests and ensure compliance with safety and confined space procedures.
• Lead and manage contractors delivering maintenance and upgrade works.
• Conduct tunnel inspections, audits, and handovers.
• Validate work orders, manage quality, and keep systems updated.
• Liaise with Telstra and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
• Support project administration, reporting, and process improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in project coordination, facilities management, or telecommunications.
• Knowledge of confined space access and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office; Maximo experience desirable.
• Current driver’s license required.
