What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate tunnel access requests and ensure compliance with safety and confined space procedures.
- Lead and manage contractors delivering maintenance and upgrade works.
- Conduct tunnel inspections, audits, and handovers.
- Validate work orders, manage quality, and keep systems updated.
- Liaise with Telstra and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Support project administration, reporting, and process improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in project coordination, facilities management, or telecommunications.
- Knowledge of confined space access and safety procedures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office; Maximo experience desirable.
- Current driver’s license required.
