LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT – RAAI – MULTIPLE LOCATIONS (12 MOTNHS SECONDMENT)

About the role

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and peers to understand business objectives and ensure training initiatives align with knowledge management, quality practices, projects, and BAU changes.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis’ to define, develop and maintain training programs.
• Deliver interactive, technology-enhanced training to support effective learning transfer and role competency across member services.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by facilitating clear communication, ensuring alignment on project goals, and promptly addressing concerns to enhance collaboration and project success.
• Continuously develop knowledge in the Learning and Development field to ensure we are using best practice approaches.

About you

• Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (mandatory).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training and coaching across multiple mediums—including face-to-face, virtual, e-learning, and self-guided formats—in an adult learning environment.
• Effective stakeholder management demonstrated through relationship-building, clear communication, goal alignment, and proactive issue resolution to achieve successful outcomes.
• Highly skilled in Articulate Storyline 360 (mandatory) and building digital learning including simulations.
• Experience using Vyond or Camtasia to build and produce instructional videos.
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
