Help build the future of youth travel.
The Opportunity
At Contiki, we don’t just run trips; we create life-changing experiences for young travellers across the globe. As our Business Analyst, you will help shape the digital products, platforms, and processes that bring those experiences to life.
In this role, you are the connector: the person who turns ideas into clarity, challenges into solutions, and big visions into practical action. You will collaborate with teams around the world to uncover opportunities, streamline the way we operate, and build tools that let travellers explore the world their way.
If you love problem-solving, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want your work to directly influence how thousands of young people travel, this is your moment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with global Contiki teams to understand needs, opportunities, and customer journeys.
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across transformation and digital initiatives.
- Run discovery workshops, interviews, demos, and ideation sessions that bring clarity to complex problems.
- Translate ideas into clear requirements, epics, and user stories that guide product and tech delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, UX/UI, and external partners to shape smart, scalable solutions.
- Drive agile delivery using Jira, including backlog management, board ownership, sprint artefacts, and reporting.
- Use Monday.com for project visibility, RAID management, and communication.
- Support business readiness through UAT, training, change impact assessment, and issue resolution.
- Work flexibly with teams across Australia, London, Poland, and India to ensure smooth global delivery. This may include occasional early morning or evening calls, offering valuable exposure to international leaders and delivery partners.
- Champion continuous improvement and contribute to Contiki’s energetic, forward-thinking culture.
What Success Looks Like
- Clear user-focused requirements and documentation.
- Digital and operational improvements that lift efficiency, customer experience, and revenue.
- Product enhancements delivered on time and in ways that benefit travellers and internal teams.
- Stakeholders see you as a collaborative and trusted partner who brings structure, insight, and momentum.
About You

You will bring:
