At L’Oréal, we’re looking for a dynamic Community Manager (Advocacy Lead) to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving brand desirability, engagement, meaningful connection, and brand love.This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digital influence -  partnering with key opinion leaders, content creators, and talent to shape how our brands show up in culture. Reporting to the Senior Digital Brand Manager, you will collaborate closely to strategically develop and implement brand communication strategies that drive advocacy, strengthen brand love and deliver on brand and advocacy key KPIs.  ABOUT THE JOBDefine, develop and execute brand communication strategies that strengthen advocacy, connection, partnerships, and loyalty.Build authentic partnerships with creators, influencers, and cultural voices who embody our brand DNA.Drive brand love by amplifying key product launches, brand moments, cause-driven campaigns, and partnerships.Shape brand narratives through a passion for storytelling—driving media coverage and creating brand experiences that resonate with consumers.Lead and monitor social presence by driving awareness, engagement, and conversation across our social platforms.In partnership with key cross-functional leads, you will develop and execute strategic events designed to build awareness, meaningful connections, and strengthen brand desirabilityResponsible for briefing, reviewing and approving relevant local content in line with the brand DNA, strategy and market trendsResponsible for setting a strong PR seeding strategy & executioBe the voice of the markets to zone/DMI on communication, advocacy and partnership topicIndependently project manage A&I activity to ensure live dates factor in media SLA’s & related deadlines and supplying the related ad codes to media briefs.Support the Senior Digital Brand Manager with media planning for A&I driven campaigns, including budget allocation across social channels to hit set SOI / SOE KPIs outlinedAbility to measure and report on content performance through campaign tracking tools like Tik Tok, Meta & Pinterest Ads managerDevelop relationships with agency & platform partners to understand how A&I can better integrate with media campaigns.        ABOUT YOU      •    Experienced in influencer relations, social media, or brand advocacy (ideally within beauty, luxury, or lifestyle).      •    Experienced in agency relations and stakeholder management      •    Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.      •    Ability to develop long term brand communication and advocacy strategies leveraging consumer, competitor and market insights.      •    Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.      •    Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies      •    You are highly motivated self-starter, with a can-do attitude, known for taking initiative in a fast-paced and every changing environment        •    You must have demonstrated success in managing A+P budgets with ROI delivery and achieving sales outcomes from initiated campaigns. ABOUT L’OREAL GROUPE, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND The L'Oréal Groupe in Australia & New Zealand is a supporter of reducing barriers that exist due to traditional working practices and therefore flexible work arrangements will be considered for this role.
