The Role
We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll help deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across gaming, non-gaming, and support services business units. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of financial processes and have opportunities to develop your career within our Melbourne finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial reports, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end close processes and variance analysis across business units.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance business partners and stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy.

About You
You bring strong technical accounting skills and a collaborative approach. You’re comfortable working in a dynamic environment and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with CPA/CA qualification (or in progress).
• Practical accounting experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with systems such as Peoplesoft, Opera, and Progen.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
