Registered Nurse – Telemetry (4W) - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)

Pay: $2,407.68/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 4W Telemetry Unit. This role involves caring for patients who require continuous cardiac monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. The RN will assess, monitor, and manage patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring safe and effective care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
• Licensure: Current RN license in [State].
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemetry, progressive care, or cardiac nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry equipment.
