Summary of Responsibilities:
Looking to lead at a Great Place to Work? We’re looking for a Manager-Environmental Projects to drive the environmental direction for ATC by coordinating environmental support of major projects and consultant requirements to support capital projects.Essential Responsibilities:
ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace. You are able to choose to work at home, or our offices in Cottage Grove, De Pere or Pewaukee, Wis. depending on your schedule for the day and the needs of the business. However, this role is not 100% remote and would require relocation for candidates who do not currently live near an ATC office.
In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related field and five years’ experience in environmental project management to lead development and management of internal environmental policies, procedures and processes. You’ll also proactively develop and maintain collaborative relationships with resource agencies and stakeholders on behalf of ATC, function as ATC’s corporate environmental representative and public spokesperson, and ensure internal and external policies support compliance with regulatory reporting requirements at state and federal levels.

The targeted base pay for this position is $144,600 to $168,700 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.
