Schedule:
Early morning shifts from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Weekend availability is required. During snow events, the start time will shift to 4:30 a.m. to accommodate weather-related responsibilities.

Compensation:
The pay range for this role is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

About the Position:

As a Facilities Groundskeeper at Pilgrim’s Market, you’ll help ensure our properties remain safe, clean, and welcoming. With your landscaping, maintenance, and cleaning skills, you’ll support our team by keeping the grounds in top condition and creating a healthy environment for employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

General Property Maintenance

• Perform property maintenance tasks under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Complete service requests and repairs as directed, including painting, minor electrical work, carpentry, and small repairs.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools for maintenance and landscaping.

Landscape and Exterior Care

• Maintain outdoor spaces, including furniture, water systems, fencing, gates, parking lots, sidewalks, and lighting.
• Weed beds, remove unhealthy plants, and plant and maintain landscaping beds.
• Perform lawn care and general landscaping as directed.
• Keep grounds free of trash and debris.

Seasonal Maintenance

• Safely operate snow removal equipment and shovels to maintain clear, safe walkways and parking lots in winter.
• Perform leaf blowing and other seasonal outdoor upkeep tasks.

Safety and Cleanliness

• Follow all company safety programs and guidelines.
• Ensure equipment, tools, and outdoor areas are properly maintained and in safe working condition.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Ability to safely and repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
• Vision corrected to 20/20.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience using equipment such as forklifts, snow removal machinery, hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and during early or irregular hours.
