Project Role Description : Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and software engineering solutions to optimize user experience. You will translate design concepts into tangible solutions with a balance of technical feasibility and design intent, ensuring a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead user experience design projects from concept to completion.- Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and coherence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.- Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.- Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and best practices.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative design process. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
