Commencing early January 2026, this opportunity requires a 12-month commitment, full-time hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You'll spend your first six months in the WFI office completing supervised training and earning your ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. Following this period, hybrid work arrangements—two days per week from home—will be offered, aligned with business requirements. This is a max-term full-time role based in Boorloo (Perth).
What You'll Do
• Manage email communications and coordinate policy post-outs
• Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care
• Support debtor follow-ups and maintain accurate records
• Review and monitor submissions to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with your team to deliver great customer outcomes
What You'll Bring

• Able to work autonomously, make decisions, and follow business processes
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and maintain compliance
• Clear communicator with strong rapport-building and active listening skills
• Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems to manage tasks efficiently
