The opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Time and Attendance Support Officer to join our team. This is a permanent, hybrid role with the flexibility to be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Adelaide. As a key member of our support team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our time and attendance systems, providing expert assistance to stakeholders across the business. If you're passionate about problem-solving, system support, and delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you.  What will my day involve? Work with People Leaders to ensure timecard exceptions and timely approvalsLiaise with care home administrators to reconcile schedules and timecard exceptionsIdentify compliance metrics while managing pay close activitiesPerform compliance reporting & monitoring for all Business UnitsAssist in implementing and monitoring compliance metrics, procedures, and controlsSupport in conducting timecard adherence checks and audits throughout each pay cycleComplete Pay cycle file extract & processingMaintain organisational and job structuresProvide support, oversight, and account maintenance for Employee Dimensions accountsManage and update pay codes, leave codes, and related pay rulesInvestigate and resolve ServiceNow tickets submitted by the businessAdminister public holiday updates and maintenanceContribute to the design and regular improvement of training materials and frameworks.Deliver Q&A sessions for end users and business leaders.Create and maintain training documentation.Payroll system configuration, ensuring data integrity through audits and report writing What will I bring? Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Finance or relevant experience1–3 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, payroll or related areasFunctional experience with HR technologies preferred (e.g., UKG Dimensions, Workforce Management Systems)Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsProven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environmentsAbility to quickly adapt to system updatesStrong time management and problem-solving skills. What’s in it for you  We reward our people and celebrate their success.
