Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. We offer 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p or 7p-7a  currently we have POOL shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify care plans

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and institutional standards

- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and staff

- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Registered Nurse license in the relevant state or jurisdiction

- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or similar environment

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

- Knowledge of healthcare software and electronic medical records systems

- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure
