Role and Responsibilities
Support our customer base and Networks Engineering team as we transition to the AWS Cloud environment. This include managing all aspects of HQ and SEA Info Sec Requirements
Manage $10M M&S Budget. This includes negotiation of vendor SOW’s, renewals, purchases and identifying and onboarding new vendors
Marketing support by contract creation / execution, vendor onboarding, invoice support, sponsorships and memberships and the necessary budget to support
Ownership of $11M+ annual renewals for services, licenses and HW support. Identify and negotiate and maximize cost savings
Management of vendor contracts including but not limited to: initial creation, post review, risk assessment, and new contract revisions.
Communicate to SEA Legal about potential risks and legal issues; manage approval process with SEA Legal and SEA Contract Management.
Provide expertise, analysis, and guidance to internal teams within active projects.
Initiate and manage vendor scorecard performance evaluations.
Participation with the creation, release, and award strategy associated with vendor RFP’s supporting Tier 1 carrier services.
Perform complex client invoice analysis to identify errors, discrepancies and opportunities for cost savings/cost avoidance for network/telecommunication services compared to clients’ tracking systems, order documentation and carrier agreement documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
15 -20 years of experience required
Must possess initiative, think strategically and work in a team environment to implement action plans and achieve goals
Demonstrated understanding of legal, financial and operational processes that meet company objective
Prior vendor procurement experience
Excellent technical skills in math, statistics, and data analysis
Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills
Proficient in the areas of Microsoft Standard Office Suite (Excel Expertise Required)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
20+ years of relevant industry experience (AWS cloud infrastructure, vendor contracts, data analysis, budget tracking, etc.)
Telecommunications experience
Prior experience managing/tracking annual M&S budgets
Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills
Proficient in the areas of Microsoft Standard Office Suite (Excel Expertise Required)

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $157,500 and $194,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
