Branch Manager/Ag and Commercial Loan Officer presso Cornerstone Bank

Cornerstone Bank is currently accepting applications for a Branch Manager for our Aurora, Hampton and Marquette locations. Responsibilities include the management of the branch’s lending and operations functions, supervision of personnel, originating and servicing all types of loans with a focus on Ag and Commercial. Will represent the Bank in community events. 

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field. Three to five years of banking, lending and credit analysis experience is required. Applicant must be motivated, detail oriented and self-directed with excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills. Qualified individuals will be able to build on existing customer relationships as well as develop new business.
