Surgery Scheduler

We’re looking for a Surgery Scheduler to join our team and support our providers by coordinating hospital-based surgeries and in-office procedures. This role is fast-paced and detail-heavy, but incredibly rewarding if you enjoy helping patients and keeping things organized behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule surgeries and in-office procedures according to provider schedules and hospital block times

• Obtain insurance authorizations and verify benefits/copay amounts

• Coordinate pre-op requirements, including clearances and pre-op visits

• Communicate with hospital OR schedulers about equipment and product rep needs

• Keep patients updated and supported throughout the entire process

• Serve as a key link between providers, patients, and hospital teams

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone experienced in surgery scheduling or a quick learner who can pick up new processes efficiently

• A person who communicates clearly, stays organized, and can multitask under pressure

• Someone who truly enjoys helping patients and providing great customer service

• A dependable team player with a positive attitude

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Surgery scheduling experience strongly preferred

• Healthcare front office or receptionist experience helpful
