Lead Learning & Development at a Luxury Resort – Make an Impact!

Are you a Learning & Development professional with luxury resort experience looking to elevate team performance and create exceptional guest experiences? Join us as our Learning & Development Manager and shape a culture of service excellence, growth, and engagement.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You have prior L&D experience at a luxury hotel or resort – this is required.
  • You are passionate about developing people, inspiring teams, and driving results.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and know what it takes to deliver luxury service.

Your Impact:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs: leadership, service excellence, compliance, and role-specific skill development.
  • Partner with department leaders to boost operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and ongoing improvement.
  • Support career growth through mentoring and leadership pipelines.
  • Ensure all learning programs reflect our resort values, culture, and luxury standards (Forbes, AAA, QA).


Requirements
  • 3–5 years in L&D, hospitality leadership, or training roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, HR, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LMS experience preferred.
