This is a US based remote position.
Overview
The FP&A Manager (Commercial) provides analysis and support for budgeting and forecasting needs while overseeing the growth and capabilities of the FP&A team.
Responsibility
Act as a thought leader in new types of analytical tactics.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.
Conduct advanced planning, forecasting, and what-if analyses.
Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management.
Support on in-depth analysis as needed.
Assist with the development and training of financial staff.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
5+ years of recent experience in a FP&A role required.
Experience in project management and advanced financial modeling required.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data sets and analysis clearly and concisely.
Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
Experience with BI tools (QlikView, Looker) required.
Experience with Oracle, Essebase, SmartView, EPBCS, or other planning tools preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
5+ years of recent experience in a FP&A role required.

Physical Requirements
Lifting Requirements – light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Physical Requirements – stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, observing, pushing or pulling, and reaching. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
