As our Production and Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be hands-on in managing the full order and logistics lifecycle—from vendor coordination and purchase orders to shipment tracking and delivery execution.  

Requirements

 You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and timely fulfillment. You don’t need experience in every area—what matters is your initiative, attention to details, and drive for continuous improvement and growth. You'll gain exposure to every corner of the business in this fast-growing company. 

  • Place orders with overseas and domestic factories as applicable and track them through production. 
  • Ensure on-time delivery of all orders. 
  • Responsible for all logistical details with regard to order shipments from factories to the company facility. 
  • Maintain clear, concise, and timely communication with suppliers as well as the internal team.

Location: Where the party never stops! Monroe, Washington? 

(onsite preferred, but open to hybrid work arrangement for the right candidate)

The annual salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.? A general description of all benefits includes paid time off.
