The Lead Monitor is responsible for oversight of all monitoring activities at the Center. S/he is responsible for scheduling of staff, coverage of vacant shifts, and oversight of urine drug screens from participants. S/he will communicate with Center management on all issues and write reports as needed while ensuring a safe and secure environment for both staff and participants. S/he will ensure that participants enter and exit the Center in an appropriate manner and remain in assigned areas.
