PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

In collaboration with the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor position guides production schedules and efficiencies of departments.  The Production Supervisor will supervise employees and interact in their career growth by interviewing, reviews, and disciplinary actions as necessary.  The Production Supervisor will enact and support Winco’s core values with the utmost professionalism.   

RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Conduct quarterly and annual reviews in the department the Supervisor is assigned

Guide and assist in the implementation of production schedules

Operate with the utmost attention to safety of self and others

Ensure employees are following the Production Schedule

Approve and enter time off requests

Work with Labor Edit Reports

Keep track of departmental and individual efficiencies 

Fill in for other supervisors when gone

Ensure departments and employee’s stay on task

Other duties as assigned
