Anza Management is currently searching for a Yardi/Rent Café Implementation/Training Specialist.
Looking for a detail-oriented Yardi trainer and Rent Café Implementation specialist to help with the setup and training of properties for both conventional and affordable multi-family communities.
We are located in beautiful Newport Beach, right on the Upper Back Bay, close to the beach and Fashion Island. Plenty of free parking and delicious places to eat. We have a relaxed and fun culture.
Experience/Skills
- Two years of direct experience working within Yardi and Rent Café, including training.
- Yardi/Rent Café/Affordable experience required.
- Yardi 7s, experience with Yardi 8 is a plus
- Rent Café, Affordable and Conventional
- State Tax Credit and Low-Income Housing Programs
- Senior Affordable Housing
- Prior property management and/or property accounting experience and knowledge helpful.
- After implementation is complete, ongoing training of new employees, in-person and virtual, plus additional implementation projects.
- Ability to assist with Yardi implementations and rollouts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Other Qualifications
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to effectively present information in a clear, articulate, and accurate fashion.
- Knowledge of computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite Products)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
