As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing digital and mobile marketing campaigns that drive brand and business results. You will be responsible for managing the full campaign lifecycle, from concept to execution, and ensuring content relevance, accuracy, and engagement across multiple platforms. This includes leveraging tools such as Firebase Remote Config, Optimizely, and Hybris to optimize mobile product promotions and digital content, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging, design, and strategic initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and support digital and mobile marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, product sales, and subscription adoption across targeted segments

  • Establish project timeframes and adjust as necessary based on evolving business priorities

  • Publish and manage mobile campaign content, ensuring proper segmentation, tracking, and audience relevance. Independently determine the best approach to meet campaign objectives

  • Assist with day-to-day campaign adjustments, ensuring accuracy and consistency of all assets across platforms. Apply judgment to identify when deviations from standard practice are required and make recommendations as needed

  • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of mobile product promotions in Hybris, delivering seamless customer experiences and driving business value. Ensure quality of service and work for the team

  • Serve as a back-up resource for deploying digital promotions through Hybris, ensuring proper execution and campaign tracking

  • Continuously track mobile campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend optimization strategies based on data-driven insights. Contribute actively to the improvement of existing working processes and methods

  • Design and develop engaging visual content for a range of marketing materials (ads, promotional materials, product documents, web pages, and presentations). Simplify complex concepts for non-technical users while ensuring clear communication

  • Contribute to video and image production, including editing and layout adjustments, ensuring brand consistency across all content. Provide technical and professional advice when needed

  • Build and maintain visual assets that promote brand recognition and customer engagement across Chamberlain Group brands (Poweramp, McGuire, DLM, myQ). Apply professional knowledge to make informed decisions in line with brand strategies

  • Participate in project kickoff meetings to align on objectives, strategies, timelines, and deliverables; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Take ownership of projects and work independently while developing project management skills

  • Uphold health and safety guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and ensure all marketing efforts protect the reputation of Chamberlain Group and its brands. Escalate business risks as necessary and recommend improvements based on feedback

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing, graphic design, or communication

  • Knowledge of Adobe Create Cloud programs and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Ability to efficiently communicate to all levels of organization or outside partners

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work under little supervision and tight deadlines

The pay range for this position is $61,000.00 - $98,500.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
