As a Trainer, you will make an impact by responsible for developing and managing the training agenda for all new and current hires, providing support and leading the onboarding and continuous learning process. You will be a valued member of the Media Sales Support team and work collaboratively with manager.
In this role, you will:
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that include technical skills, product knowledge, and the effective, practical use of AI and automation tools in day-to-day tasks.
Align weekly product and skills training plans with the VMO and Training Department.
Develop quarterly training materials (one-pagers, simulations, SOPs) that clearly outline best practices for utilizing AI-driven workflows to maximize seller performance.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, staying ahead of changes in both core platforms and new AI capabilities, and translating that knowledge into actionable training for the team.
Lead ongoing team training, upskilling initiatives, floor support, and SOP updates.

What you need to have to be considered
Excellent written and verbal fluency in Portuguese is required. You must also possess excellent written fluency in English
Experienced Educator: Experience in a dedicated training role.
Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms and a strong ability to quickly learn and master new technology, including AI and automation tools.
Adept at teaching and coaching effective sales strategies and techniques.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and a focus on achieving training outcomes.
Cultivates a positive attitude with proven experience in motivating teams and providing constructive feedback.
Highly adaptable, flexible, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Master of time management.
Experience with Google products is a plus.
