Role purpose

Lead the shop opening process. Deliver exceptional retail experiences.

About the Role

As a Tenancy Delivery Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful and timely delivery of new tenancies across our shopping centres. You’ll champion the shop opening process, ensuring every fit-out meets our high standards and is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with lease obligations.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage capital works, and oversee the design and delivery process from start to finish. Your work will directly shape the retail experience for millions of customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Delivery Process: Lead tenancy delivery across allocated centres, ensuring smooth openings and compliance with governance and safety standards.
  • Drive Excellence: Monitor progress, resolve discrepancies, and expedite shop openings wherever possible.
  • Manage Projects: Scope, price, tender, and procure works generated by leasing, ensuring cost and program targets are met.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with leasing, design, and operations teams, as well as external contractors and consultants.
  • Champion Quality: Conduct site inspections, review technical plans, and ensure all close-out documentation is completed.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire safety systems, and architectural components.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools, and budgeting software.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding retail environments.
