Vehicle Quality Trainee presso BRP

POSITION OBJECTIVE

• Facilitate the execution of current Quality KPIs calculation

• Facilitate data base information manage for new products (operation

process & data base)

• Support for NPD Quality & QA activities.

JUSTIFICATION:

Due to it is necessary support for NPD Quality & QA task, the Vehicle Quality Trainee will help with important activities to assure Quality in new products development and QA, reflecting the values and dynamism of the company, making the candidate's experience a unique adventure. 
 

MAIN ACTIVITIES: 
 

• Support to Quality NPD activities.

• Execution of pre-production findings database information, according to

            pilot run.

• KPIs calculation

• Migration of preproduction findings database.

• Following of corrective actions implementation.

• Support to Vehicles Quality department activities.

• Support to follow customer claims (PR)

CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE AREA:

Support to improve the performance of Quality NPD & QA activities

EDUCATION:

Currently studying a Bachelors in : Industrial engineering, manufacturing process engineering, systems engineering.

STUDENT BENEFITS

• Application of IT & Manufacturing process knowledge to have a good

introduction of new models.

• Experience in new products quality process

• Learning and apply different quality tools (PFMEA, DMAAC, PDCA, etc)

• Experience in assembly environments.

LANGUAGE:

• Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

• English Intermediate / Advanced  

• French or german is an advantage.
