RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Law or related field.1–3 years’ experience in project development, financial modelling, or finance (preferably in the energy sector).Strong proficiency in MS Excel (financial modelling), PowerPoint, and relevant software.Experience with SharePoint or other Virtual Data Room managementKnowledge of South African renewable energy market and regulatory environment is an advantage.Experience with power purchase agreements, contract management, and risk analysis is a plus.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantageKey SkillsLeadership skills.Strong communication skills.Analytical and quantitative skills (financial modelling, data analysis).Strong communication and presentation abilities.Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.Team player with ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.Customer and business focus; proactive problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities. Autonomy as worker and team player.
