- Preferably apprenticeship as a plant and equipment fitter or an apprenticeship in metalworking such as car bodywork fitter, metalwork fitter, building fitter, etc. could be considered
- Conscientious and precise execution of work as well as good manual dexterity
- Strong team player, as work in structure assembly is predominantly carried out in teams
- Fluent Spanish language skills, knowledge of English or German would be an advantage
- Preferiblemente, formación como montador de plantas y equipos o un aprendizaje en metalurgia, como técnico en carrocería, montador metalúrgico, montador de estructuras, etc.
- Ejecución del trabajo de manera minuciosa y precisa y buena destreza manual
- Gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo
- Muy buenos conocimientos de español; conocimientos de inglés o alemán serían una ventaja
