About this Role:

Join SunRice's International Customer Service Team as an Export Customer Service Officer and play a key role in fulfilling our customers’ orders globally. 

 

Your duties could include:

  • Acting as primary contact for export customers
  • Coordinating end-to-end export process, including order entry, invoicing, and export documentation
  • Ensure compliance with customs and quarantine regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Liaise with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Troubleshoot export related issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Process and manage customer complaints promptly and professionally 
  • Complete all sample requests in compliance with international customs and quarantine requirements.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in export/shipping environment ideally within FMCG sector
  • Degree in Commerce, International Trade would be highly desire
  • Full Australian Working Rights - this role is NOT open to WHV or sponsorship
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with SAP and BSM desirable
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and operations
  • Proven experience in all facets of export Documentation especially Letters of Credit
  • Ability to work successfully across global markets
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Negotiation and influencing skills, with cultural intelligence and adaptability
  • Passion for delivering positive customer outcomes
