About the role
The Export Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing all stages of the product and service export process, ensuring compliance with Brazilian and international legal requirements. They liaise with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and government agencies, ensuring that shipments are made on time and with the correct documentation.
Key responsibilities
• Prepare and review export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)
• Monitor the international logistics process (air, sea, or road)
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Ensure compliance with tax, fiscal, and customs regulations
• Negotiate and monitor deadlines, costs, and logistics conditions with suppliers and customers
• Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to export processes
Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Administration, or related fields;
• Knowledge of Brazilian export laws and major international agreements;
• Fluent English (required) and Spanish (desirable);
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Temporary contract (6 months)
