- Support and guide sales team through daily routines
- Define and update Sales Incentive Plan strategy
- Prepare and structure tolls and communications with sales team
- Validate commercial policy results
- Validate campaigns results and effectiveness
- Validate sales agents commissions
- Commercial target preparation
- Commercial policy updates
- Project management
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant experience in Sales Excellence or similar areas
- Advanced English, Spanish desirable
- Analytic skills
- Good sense of organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Jundiaí/SP (3x/week)
